Resolutions
If bylaws are like the “constitution” of the chapter, resolutions are like the “laws” or “proclamations” of it. Resolutions can be written by any member of Quad Cities DSA and voted on at Chapter Meetings. If membership approves the resolution, it is binding upon the whole chapter and its membership. Do you want to write a resolution? Follow this template and send the completed resolution to the Steering Committee seven days before the next chapter meeting.
